Performance:
For GM1350 and GM1450
· Large size cylindrical grinding machine;
· Model GM1350 is designed for grinding cylindrical or taper surface of rotational parts;
· Model GM1450 is designed for grinding cylindrical or inner hole surface of rotational parts or conical surface of rotational parts;
· High adaptable for single and small batch production;
· The table traverse is actuated by hydraulic means at infinitely variable speed or operated by hand. The up table may twist to a certainly angle, it is suitable for the cone workpiece by center to center;
· Auto intermittent infeed and rapid approach and withdrawal of the wheel head can be effected hydraulically, while rough-fine-feed realized by handwheel;
· The worktable abd wheelhead slide a slideivages are coverd by the plastic and hydrostatically, so it can gain the stable slow speed running and high immunity to vibration;
· High rotating accuracy, excellent rigidity are available since the new type sleeve dynamic bearings with large taper are adopted on wheel spindle;
· Head-stock adopt both velocity motor which are for three grade gear, high driving precision, excellent rigity and easy operations. GM1450 head-stock main shaft adopts front-sliding and behind-rolling bear structure, the front internal is adjustable in order to carbide tipped centers or requirment for truck grinding. The head-stock of universal machine can adjust randomly in counter-clockwise 90 range in order to grind out-in tap workpieces with truck;
· Universal external grinding machine GM1450 have components for internal grinding. For different hole, internal grinding shaft adopts rolling-bear and gains four sorts rotational speed through changing belt-wheels;
· Different motors drive different parts, for example workpiece shaft, internal shaft, hydraulic pump, coolant pump, pump for lubricating wheel-shaft;
· Electronical equipment, hydraulic and mechanical chain mechanism form moving components of a machine. There are reasonable integral layout and beautifully shape, centerlized and imaginary operating lever, easy and safe operations;
· Grinding wheel dresser can be fixed on table or tail-stock.
For GM8450 and GM8463
· The models of GM8450 and GM8463 are suitable for grinding the convexity and concave of the medium and small type rolling mll;
· The main structure and function are the sam as GM1350 cylindrical grinder;
· The upper table can be drived by the profile equipment and minm-swing with the profile ruler, so that can grind the convex and concave of the roller. After loosing the profiling ruler and locking the table, it can grind the cylindyical body and journal of the roller;
· Many kinds of special bracket can be choosed to grind to roller in order to do well;
· There are the check equipment for the conve and concave or the jump distance;
· Imported or dometic digital display can be choosed;
· Imported or domestic balance instrument of grindwheel can be provided.
